Our memberships work just like your monthly phone bill or gym membership. A monthly automatic payment powered by GoCardless will come out of your account, and then each month you can come in for any treatment on your membership plan and enjoy a wide range of benefits and discounts.
To give you enough time to see the difference in your skin, our Skin Club membership has a six-month minimum join period. After this, your membership will continue until you decide to stop.
Whatever plan you choose, your skin will be left feeling fresh, radiant and healthy.

Whether you’re new to facials or been having them for years, it’s important to remember that if you’ve had one specific facial before, doesn’t mean you should or need to have that same facial again. Your skin is unique to you and it is constantly changing, which is why we tailor each treatment to ensure you’re getting what you need, when you need it.
To ensure you are choosing the right membership, our trained experts will always perform a thorough skin analysis to allow us to determine which membership will be best suited to you, your concerns and goals.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I HAVE A FACIAL?
Your skin cycle lasts 21 days. This means that to have an effective programme of facials and to see real long lasting results, we recommend having a facial every 3-4 weeks. However, because people get facials for all different reasons, how often you should have a facial will depend on several factors such as your skin type, concerns and the type of facial you’re having.
At Pure we carry out a professional skin analysis before your treatment, to assess your skin at that present moment and discuss with you your main concerns that you want us to tackle.

When it comes to your skins health regular facials and an essential skincare routine are important to assist in your skins natural renewal process and health reveal a natural healthy-looking glow.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
No joining fees. All members will receive 1 facial a month from their membership plan. 6-month minimum join period required. After 6-months, memberships will continue until cancelled via email request. All members will receive 1; a complimentary welcome gift which will be provided at your first appointment. 2; a free skin consultation when you sign up to a membership. (please note, consultations cost £15 to book but this is redeemable against your first monthly payment once you’ve signed up). 2a; Your therapist will carry out a basic consultation at every other visit if requested by client or your therapist feels it’s required. 3; a bespoke skincare plan will be provided by your therapist either at your consultation or during your first visit 4; 10% discount will be applied towards any additional treatments booked. 5; 5% discount for friends and family to use towards any of our services (excludes product purchases). Any person booking through this referral will need to provide us with the name of the person on the membership to receive this discount. 6; 20% discount will be applied towards any product purchases made in store. 7; complimentary £10 gift voucher to use towards any 60 Minute Massage or Facial – voucher will provided at your first appointment and must be presented at the time of appointment booking. 8; one free birthday treatment redeemable against any of our services worth up to the value of £40. To receive your birthday treatment you must contact us to inform us that it is your birthday and you will then be able to book in anytime during the month of your birthday. You may book in a treatment with a higher value but you will be required to pay the difference on the day. 9; one free loyalty treatment after 6 consecutive months redeemable against any of our services worth up to the value of £50. You may book in a treatment with a higher value but you will be required to pay the difference on the day. 10; one complimentary personalised skin kit after 12 consecutive months. Membership benefits cannot be transferred or shared with another person (treatments and benefits can only be used by the person signed up to the membership). Unused treatments may be carried over to the next month if you are away or unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances such as ill health but repeated occurrences of missed appointments will result in the loss of treatment. A monthly automatic payment powered by GoCardless will be taken from your account at the beginning of each month until cancelled via email request at which point all benefits will end with immediate effect. Should your direct debit be cancelled prior to the minimum join period, you will be liable for the remaining months unpaid. Availability for booking is not prioritised for members on any of our plans, we therefore recommend booking in advance to ensure we are able to accommodate your booking. By subscribing to any of our membership plans you agree to these terms and conditions and are liable for any and all possible charges.

Terms and conditions
No joining fees. All members will receive 1 facial a month from their membership plan. 6-month minimum join period required. After 6-months, memberships will continue until cancelled via email request. All members will receive 1; a complimentary welcome gift which will be provided at your first appointment. 2; a free skin consultation when you sign up to a membership. (please note, consultations cost £15 to book but this is redeemable against your first monthly payment once you’ve signed up). 2a; Your therapist will carry out a basic consultation at every other visit if requested by client or your therapist feels it’s required. 3; a bespoke skincare plan will be provided by your therapist either at your consultation or during your first visit 4; 10% discount will be applied towards any additional treatments booked. 5; 5% discount for friends and family to use towards any of our services (excludes product purchases). Any person booking through this referral will need to provide us with the name of the person on the membership to receive this discount. 6; 20% discount will be applied towards any product purchases made in store. 7; complimentary £10 gift voucher to use towards any 60 Minute Massage or Facial – voucher will provided at your first appointment and must be presented at the time of appointment booking. 8; one free birthday treatment redeemable against any of our services worth up to the value of £40. To receive your birthday treatment you must contact us to inform us that it is your birthday and you will then be able to book in anytime during the month of your birthday. You may book in a treatment with a higher value but you will be required to pay the difference on the day. 9; one free loyalty treatment after 6 consecutive months redeemable against any of our services worth up to the value of £50. You may book in a treatment with a higher value but you will be required to pay the difference on the day. 10; one complimentary personalised skin kit after 12 consecutive months. Membership benefits cannot be transferred or shared with another person (treatments and benefits can only be used by the person signed up to the membership). Unused treatments may be carried over to the next month if you are away or unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances such as ill health but repeated occurrences of missed appointments will result in the loss of treatment. A monthly automatic payment powered by GoCardless will be taken from your account at the beginning of each month until cancelled via email request at which point all benefits will end with immediate effect. Should your direct debit be cancelled prior to the minimum join period, you will be liable for the remaining months unpaid. Availability for booking is not prioritised for members on any of our plans, we therefore recommend booking in advance to ensure we are able to accommodate your booking. By subscribing to any of our membership plans you agree to these terms and conditions and are liable for any and all possible charges.
