OUR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY IS YOU

We’re ready for the new normal.

COVID-19 POLICY

At Pure the safety, health and wellbeing of our clients and staff has, and always will be our number one priority. We want our clients to know that we have always followed strict protocols in health and safety and operated within a clean, disinfected, sterile workplace, ensuring the safety, comfort and care for all our clients, this is what we do and it’s what we’ve always done. However, due to the current situation, we have put additional procedures in place to adhere to the government’s guidelines, and ensure our clients and staff feel safe and protected whilst visiting us.

Over the past few months we have been working hard behind the scenes to create an environment for our guests that is safe and where possible socially distanced, whilst also maintaining our warm friendly service. We have carried out a health and safety risk assessment in each salon and ensured all measures are in place in accordance with the government guidelines and done everything practical to manage transmission risk. Any updated procedures – including use of PPE, safe distancing or hygiene protocols specified by the government have been implemented immediately.

  • We are elevating our consultations and will be educating our clients on current and future trends. We will be listening intently to your concerns and providing solutions based on not only what you want, but also what you need.
  • Having a prescribed beauty regime to follow at home, ensuring you have the best products tailored to your needs will help solve all of your current concerns.
  • We surveyed our customers during lockdown and in response to your feedback we will be introducing Environ into the salon. Please speak with a member of staff for more details.
  •
PRE-BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENTS

When building relationships with our clients we think of the longer-term picture and not just how your skin looks after the first visit. Our vision is about how your skin will look in 6 months or 12 months time and this requires a considered ‘plan’ and, usually, more than one appointment to get to the desired result.

When we are making your appointment, we are intending on not just making your first appointment, but want to have the rest of your appointments booked in until the end of the year and will recommend in how many weeks we will need to see you again, working with a realistic timeframe, that suits you both in terms of your time and your money. To highlight the importance of rebooking your appointments we will be offering you courses with up to 20% off and facial memberships offering exclusive benefits.

During these unprecedented times, clients that have a pre-booked appointment(s) will always be considered a priority.
